Vintage Bamboo & Rattan Three-Tier Storage Rack
Description
A charming vintage bamboo-and-rattan three-tier storage rack, circa 1940s–1970s, featuring a hand-assembled frame with bent-bamboo arches, rattan bindings, and three graduated slatted shelves. The warm honey-brown patina highlights the natural variation in the bamboo and adds to its collected character.
Originally intended as a magazine or newspaper rack, the proportions lend themselves well to modern use. Ideal for styling cutting boards, folded linens, small pottery, cookbooks, mail, or other everyday essentials on a countertop, shelf, or tabletop.
Protective metal foot caps finish the bottoms of the legs.
Approx. 17 1/2" long x 11 3/4" wide x 17 1/2" tall
Condition: Age-related wear throughout. One decorative inner arch is missing on one side, and two areas of the rattan bindings are loose.
