Description

A white serving platter by Theodore Haviland Limoges, produced in France during the early 20th century, likely circa 1900s–1920s. Its softly scalloped silhouette and gently molded foliate details reflect the restrained elegance of the Belle Époque and early Art Nouveau periods.

Crafted in substantial white ware with a luminous glaze, this versatile piece is equally suited for serving pastries, fruit, cheeses, or hors d'oeuvres. Its elongated form is especially lovely for breaking up round plates on a plate wall, styled in a hutch, or layered into a collection of white ceramics.

Stamped "Theodore Haviland Limoges France" to the underside. Founded in the 19th century, Theodore Haviland became one of Limoges' most celebrated makers, producing refined tableware for both French and international markets.

Shown with the Vintage French Limoges Porcelain Scroll Leaf Dish for scale.

Dimensions: 10 3/4" long x 7 1/2" wide

Condition: Pristine vintage condition with minor signs of wear consistent with age. One small area of skipped glaze from production and very light wear to the edge in one spot. No chips or cracks.
