Antique French stoneware canister from Saint-Uze, decorated with a blue Art Deco-style transferware border of geometric floral medallions and swags. “Farine” is French for “flour.” Saint-Uze is a pottery-producing region in France’s Drôme department known for its stoneware and blue-and-white wares.
