Vintage Glazed Terracotta Cazuela Dish
Description
A rustic glazed terracotta cazuela with side handles and a warm reddish-brown finish. Traditionally used throughout Spain for cooking and serving dishes such as paella, cazuelas are prized for their simple forms and ability to retain heat. The glossy glazed interior contrasts beautifully with the unglazed clay body, while subtle glaze drips add character and evidence of its handmade nature.
Lovely styled in a kitchen, used as a catchall for keys or jewelry, displayed atop a stack of coffee table books, or filled with citrus on a countertop or dining table.
Approx. 9" handle to handle x 8 1/8" diameter x 2 3/8" tall
